Air Brakes Simulation

sponge cake in a way my gingerbread cookies

Ingredients
bio
6 eggs 200g sugar 200g flour

grated rind of one lemon 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

usually prepare the sponge mounting all the eggs whole, until they become frothy, but this time I put the yolks with the sugar in the planetary and whites separately.
I then joined the sifted flour, the finely grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing whites to reds from the bottom up so they will not dismount. I poured the mixture into an aluminum pan with a diameter of 24 cm previously buttered and dusted with flour and I baked the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 min.

The photo was stuffed with home made cherry jam and dusted with icing sugar snack for my child to school.
This version in which I put a little 'more of flour (my mother put six spoonfuls: about 150g) seems to me to make good on the basis of flans. I'll try next time to do it by mixing flour and potato starch, and you as the do?
Last weekend, still dedicated to the fund, now we are at home to Folgaria (Passo Coe n5)! My son is now better than me!
