wanted to be a caprese cake, but in the end I changed a little of everything for the parameters of the birthday ...
say that is coming off a custom version, but the flavor was great!

300g almonds ground into flour
200g dark chocolate 70%
100g of dark chocolate with hazelnuts
110g butter 200g sugar 5 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon 1 teaspoon baking powder a pinch of
salt
I mixed with the electric whisk the egg yolks with sugar and I added 200 grams of melted chocolate and butter extrafondente melted, stirring constantly.
I added salt and lemon. Besides I chopped almonds and chocolate with hazelnuts and I added to the mixture of egg yolks. Finally I put the whites until stiff and I have all amalgamated to make up for not trying to dismantle them. I added the yeast and put into a mold greased and floured 22 cm. I baked the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
