Ingredients: 250g flour
120g butter at room temperature
90g sugar 35g cocoa powder 2 egg
teaspoon cream of tartar
homemade plum jam for decoration

icing sugar and a little 'egg white
I mixed all the ingredients and I made the dough in the fridge for half an hour, I lay between two sheets of waxed paper with a thickness of about 3 mm. I cut the plates with the pastry rings and I drilled the half with a smaller diameter. I put them on a plate and I've cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 min.
I've paired with some jam and I decorated them with icing sugar.
Easy and delicious, I served as a snack for the child. Thanks U!
