Ingredients
3 artichokes
extra virgin olive oil garlic salt
parmesan parsley lemon juice
I clean the artichokes, outer leaves and depriving them of the tip and cleaning also part of the stems, I cut them into very thin slices I mixed with lemon juice to prevent them discolouring. In the meantime, I did fry a clove of garlic in olive oil and then I added the artichokes, I salted them, I've covered and I made them simmer until the artichokes are not softened, at this point I added the pasta removed from the heat and two minutes before I blew up everything in the pan for 5 minutes, I finally added a handful of fresh parsley and a bit of Parmesan cheese.
